merchandise is shipped at our expense. ALL
ACCESSORIES MUST BE SENT BACK WITH THE BAG.

know about our return policies.

How to Return
Products
Ü Please email us for a Return/Exchange
number within 3 days of arrival, include this
number and a reason for a Return and ship it
back to us with your merchandise.
Ü Sorry but we no longer accept CODs,
Registered or Certified deliveries with any
return, exchange or order.
Ü Please email us to tell us a package
is coming back. The product is subject to
final inspection before your return is
processed. Allow 1 week for the return to be
processed.
Return or Exchange
Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any
defective or unwanted products, you have to
email us and request Return/Exchange number,
within 3 days of arrival. All packages shipped
back MUST be post-marked no later than 5 days
after it has arrived. There is a 14-DAY
WARRANTY on our products, for manufacturers'
defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to
wear and tear and water damage (we have a very
sharp-eyed returns examination department...
we can tell manufacturers' defects from wear
and tear.
Things to remember
Ü Include a note saying what is wrong
with the merchandise and Return/Exchange
number, what you are looking for, and your
name/address along with your email and
approximate purchase date. If you looking to
exchange item include a check or money order
for $20, to cover shipping cost.
Ü For refunds, there is a nonrefundable
shipping and handling fee to cover our cost.
Ü There is a 15% re-stocking fee on
unwanted items.
Ü For refunds, the Bag must be in the
exact same condition you received it in (no
wear and tear at all, etc. All accessories and
tags must be included).
Ü Please email us to tell us a
package is coming back
Ü All returns must be insured - we are
not responsible for products damaged/lost in
mail when you ship them back to us.
Ü Lost packages require a mandatory
30-day waiting period before refund. This
allows us to track and place a claim on
package.
Ü Please be advised that the return is
shipped at the customers expense and the
exchanged merchandise is shipped at our
expense.
Ü Ü Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for
replacement to arrive.
Ü For refunds, please allow 1-2 weeks
after receipt of item for refund to appear on
charge card.
Ü If exchange is more than original
purchase please enclose money order or how
would you like to pay the price difference; if
the exchange is less please instruct us how
you want the refund (usually same as the
original payment).
Ü If there are any other problems, we
will make sure that everything will be
negotiated to both parties' content! The
product must be returned unused and in the
original condition you received it in, with
all original packaging and no signs of wear.
Sorry, used products cannot be credited back
or exchanged for a new product.
Ü We receive a great number of emails,
including customer inquiries; we ask that you
carefully read the above text before asking us
any questions. For exchange/refund inquiries,
please ask us about your return only after the
stated waiting periods for shipping and
